	Southchurch Building Contracts are signed up members and adhere to the policies of the following construction standards bodies:- NHBC Southchurch have an A1 rating with NHBC, the standard setting body and leading warranty provider for new and newly-converted homes. 'Buildmark' is the name of NHBC's 10-year residential warranty and insurance cover. It is designed to protect owners of newly-built, or newly-converted residential housing, if a problem does occur in a new home registered with NHBC. Constructionline Is a comprehensive list of suppliers and buyers in the building trade. It: Connects with all types of buyers from the public and private sectors...all looking for new suppliers Demonstrate to buyers that a building company is fit-to-supply and pre-qualified to government standards Safe Contractor As a leading health and safety pre-qualification assessment scheme, Safe Contractor policy is to promote higher standards of competence and compliance. This is done through the provision of relevant industry specific and tailored health and safety assessments for all professions and sectors within the contracting industry. FMB The Federation of Master Builders is the largest trade association in the UK building industry. The Membership Services department promotes FMB members as dependable quality builders and specialist trades people. It also provides services and support to help them run better businesses.
