Following a career with an international contractor Barry Finch established Southchurch Building Contracts in 1974. In 1999 Barry was joined by his son Tony, who, following a career in architecture, enabled Southchurch to offer consulting as part of their services.

In 2005 the company became incorporated as Southchurch Building Contracts Ltd. At this point the building business split into Specialist works and Contracting to maintain client focus.

In 2009 Southchurch were joined by interiors specialist Fred Blewett who was able to bring 30 years expertise to the Interiors sector of the business. As Southchurch continues to expand through all sectors, the sense of integrity remains constant. Our long-standing reputation for quality and personal commitment to every project is second to none.
